Covid-19

Laugarvatn Fontana's reaction to Covid-19.

Update 9/17/21 - OPEN

Due to decreasing Covid19 Cases in Iceland, authorities have allowed for swimming pools and lagoons in Iceland to work on full capacity.

1-meter distance limit between people who are not closely linked must be ensured. Respecting this rule can be difficult in the pools, but we ask our guests to do their best.

We kindly ask our guests to:

  • Purchase their tickets beforehand on our website.
  • Postpone their visit to Fontana if they have symptoms of Covid19 or flu.
  • Use hand sanitizer before entering and leaving the locker-rooms.

We thank you for your co-operation.
