Cancellations for the baths must be made at least 24 hours before your visit for a full refund.

Cancellations for the rye bread tour must be made at least 48 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.

Cancellations made inside these windows are non-refundable; the full amount is charged.

In the unlikely event of a sudden closure at Fontana, guests can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
